Privacy Policy

This policy explains how palmhillsdev (palmhillsdev.com) handles your personal data when you use the website or contact us. By using the website you agree to this policy.

Who we are

palmhillsdev.com is a marketing and information platform owned and run by Ibrahim El Garhy, Sales Manager at Palm Hills Developments. It is not the official Palm Hills website, and it is responsible for the data collected through it.

All prices, images, payment plans and specifications are indicative, may change without notice, and are not a binding contractual offer.

Data we collect

Data you give us directly:

• Your name, phone number and country code when you fill in the contact form
• The project and unit type you choose in the form
• The content of your messages when you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email

Data collected automatically:

• IP address, device type, browser and operating system
• Pages you visit and the source of your visit, including ad click identifiers and campaign (UTM) data when you arrive from an ad
• Cookie data and similar technologies

How we use your data

• To contact you about the project or unit you asked about
• To send prices, payment plans and available units, and arrange a site visit when you ask
• To measure and improve the website and our ad campaigns
• To comply with legal requirements

Sharing your data

When you go ahead with a reservation or contract, your details may be shared with the Palm Hills Developments sales department, only as far as needed to complete your request.

We use service providers to run the website, store requests and measure performance, such as Google (Google Sheets, Google Analytics and Google Ads) and WhatsApp, which handle data under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone not involved in your request unless required by law.

Cookies

• Essential cookies needed for the website to work
• Analytics cookies such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the website
• Advertising cookies such as Google Ads, to measure ad results and show ads related to your visit (remarketing)

When you submit the form, we may send your phone number to Google in hashed (encrypted) form, only to measure ad results (Enhanced Conversions), without your name or any other details.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, and turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings.

Data protection and retention

Data is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and access is limited to the platform owner and the people who run the website. We keep your data while following up your request, and for no more than 24 months after the last contact, after which it is deleted unless the law requires otherwise. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Your rights

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Stop marketing contact at any time

To use any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will reply within 14 days.
